Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions we get asked before working together. Missing one? Write to us.

How much does a typical engagement cost?

Every engagement starts with a short audit that ends in a firm quote; nothing is billed without an accepted quote. You know what it costs before you commit, and the first deliverable lands in weeks, not months.

How long does an automation project take?

A first automated workflow usually takes 4 to 8 weeks from audit to production, depending on complexity and your existing systems. We aim for the smallest useful project first.

Does my data stay in Québec?

It is a design criterion. When a deployment requires data residency in Canada, we pick models and hosting that guarantee it, and we document the data flows for Law 25 compliance.

Is your approach compliant with Law 25?

Compliance depends on usage, not on the tool. We design every deployment with Law 25 obligations in mind: PIA when required, incident log, informing the individuals concerned. Our free assessment gives you a first picture in 10 questions.

Which tools and models do you work with?

Whichever fit your context: Copilot or Claude on the model side, custom workflows on the automation side. We do not resell licences and take no commission; the recommendation stays independent.

Is my company too small?

No. The fastest gains are often found in teams of 5 to 50 people, where a repetitive task takes a measurable share of everyone’s time. The ROI calculator gives you a ballpark in 30 seconds.

Do we need to train the team before automating?

Not necessarily before, but around it. An automated workflow without adoption produces nothing: that is why training is one of our three practices and is built into automation engagements.

Who maintains the automations after delivery?

You, if you want to: we document and train so your team can take over. Periodic support remains available, but we do not sell dependency.

How do you measure results?

Every engagement defines its metrics before starting: hours recovered, turnaround times, error rates. We measure before, we measure after, and the gap is the deliverable.

How are you different from an agency or an integrator?

A tight scope: three practices, not a catalogue. No licence resale, no showcase projects. If your need is managed IT (infrastructure, cybersecurity, support), we will point you to a specialized partner.

Do you work in English?

Yes, the team is bilingual. Deliverables, training and documentation are produced in French, in English, or both.

How do we get started?

Write to info@triatlas.ca or request an audit from the contact page. Meetings are never billed: you only pay for the work, on an accepted quote. We start by validating whether the need is real and whether we are the right partner.
