Triatlas Technologies inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Quebec, with its head office located in Montréal (Quebec, Canada), is the controller of personal information collected through this site.

3. Information collected

This site is static and does not collect any information automatically. No tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels are used.

The only personal information we process is information you voluntarily send us, through the site's contact form or by email at info@triatlas.ca: your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Requests submitted through the form are delivered directly to our business mailbox (Microsoft 365) and become a regular email. They are neither stored on the site nor shared with any third-party newsletter or marketing service. The interactive tools in the Tools section run entirely in your browser: your answers are never transmitted or recorded.

4. Purposes of processing

Your information is used solely to respond to your business inquiry, provide the information requested, and where applicable, follow up on a mandate. It is never used for direct marketing without your explicit consent.

5. Retention period

Emails received are retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes above, and at most for 24 months after the last interaction, subject to any longer legal retention obligation.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Your personal information is not disclosed to any third party, except where required by law. No information is transferred outside of Canada.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Loi 25 (Quebec privacy law), you have the following rights:

• Right of access to the personal information we hold about you
• Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Right to withdraw consent
• Right to portability of your information
• Right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@triatlas.ca. We will process your request within 30 days at most.

8. Hosting

This site is hosted on the Cloudflare network. Technical access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained by Cloudflare for security purposes, in accordance with its own policy.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated at any time. The last updated date is shown at the top of this document.
